I am having an issue with Whatsapp audio , it goes to sleep every couple of minutes , I have to tap towake up phone to start audio, but runs few seconds only. Both BT and wired headsets doing the same thing. Tried everything.
Does anyone have a fix?

Using this phone since 20 days in Pakistan and its look like a charm. With the update it became more faster and reliable. I am not a gamer but a moderate user. Before this i was using honor play but was hesitant to buy due to its chipset reviews. But after buying this i am amaze how samsung beautifully omtimized its one ui with this moderate hardware. Screen is owsum . I am also amazed to see comments below. I am not facing any kind of issues as few friends addressed below. Thumbs up to this device and in coming updates it will be more smooth

All these mobiles are good the best battery sam m30 and asus phone , best screen and camera ... The best performance is realme ... all these mobiles are good but i am not sure if there camera are good ( on paper sam a50 and realme are good ) but remember to check their problems

I never know that Samsung will make such a stupid phone as the A30, battery draining on that phone is unbelievable, i have to go everywhere with a charger!! the Samsung A30 is forever having connection problems!!!! HAVE TO BE INFRONT OR CLOSE TO THE WIFI ROUTER IN ORDER TO GET CONNECTION !!! VERY DISSAPOINTING PHONE!

Using the a30 model 305G on AT&T in the USA. The LTE is fully compatible, and set up was standard. Coming from a Motorola G4 Plus, the phone is similar in speed(a bit faster), and has a gig more ram. The screen is incredible for the price. I mean incredible. Literally flagship quality.
As for negatives, I've heard about GPS issues, but uave had none. The big con, the Facebook app comes preinstalled. There is no way to delete it, and paid apps are required to fully disable facebook ad services. For me this is no different than my Moto, which came loaded with every amazon app ever.
If you're in the US looking for a budget phone, that still feels modern. It's this or the Nokia 4.2, even that has Micro USB and Blutooth 4.2, vs the a30's USB-C and Bluetooth 5.0.

2 weeks back I buy this phone first 2 days gps not working but now working fine overall good best budget phone for gps I try this methods restate, airplane mode, data, location on/off. Battery one day ok.
