I wish to buy A30S . The guys operating Samsung outlet in F .11 say that no international guarantee can be given for the phone . Only the one which is applicable within Pakistan . Hope there is no catch in that . Could anybody please clarify this ?

Even the A80 which cost $$$ is without MST. I had bought A70 just for SamPay & found out the hard way when I couldn't use it because the credit card machine din't have NFC
Cheapest option with MST would be older models, A8 2018, A8+ A5 2017 etc, but these models are discontinued mostly, so S9 would be the cheapest option with MST as it's still available in some regions, otherwise S10e
Samsung is known for secretly removing features. For e.g, no mention of any glass protection in A30s & I think AOD is also missing, also removing scroll screenshot & haptic feedback.

Downgrade version of last A30. the screen only 720p. Oh come on samsung. It has to be upgrade
