Samsung Galaxy A30s

Strangely, if you open to My FILES on my Galaxy A30s, you cannot move or copy files from one folder to another or from a folder to external drive.
This is the first time Iam experiencing this setback in a phone.
How can I overcome this problem?

Slow finger print sensor such a pain. Battery is pathetic, has to charge 2-3 times. This phone is mainly used for making calls, I am very disappointed. Wouldn't recomend this phone to any one.

I've had it for about a week now overall its not a bad phone at all, could easily recommend it to someone, the battery life is good enough to get through any entire day n still have enough left, the display is nice n bright but the camera is the as good as I'd expect it to be, even for someone who isn't much of a camera person might be disappointed with it's performance in that area,

Camera is the worst.. when zoom in to some extent the pixels gets worst.. hate the camera

Anonymous, 13 Jan 2021exactly it's a good phone That is correct. I'm surprised that Samsung can make good phones. Yes Galaxy A30S is good phone in the midrange level and I don't mind to bought it.

Galaxy A30s is not a bad phone at all. Like other comments mentioned it the loudspeaker is the only weak spot of A30S. The Lipol 4000 mAh battery life is ok. In midrange the phone is good at all.

The Galaxy a30s is good in midrange definitely. By the way the a30s is not bad phone from Samsung, but there are better Samsung phones in this brand. Just look at the Galaxy m series.
Only negativity might be the loudspeaker for some reason I find it annoyingly bad, but the other features are ok.
