I had an iPhone for the past 6 years. Thought I'd try an Android, so purchased the A31.
Frankly and despite a number of reviews to the contrary, as an ordinary user, the A31 is a poor cousin to the iPhone in terms of its operating systems and software. It ain't nerar so user friendly and 5 months on from purchase remains a source of frustration and exasperation. Would I buy another? No chance.

    Uh did any of you guys are having multi touch and response issue with latest update? The multi touch are working fine on test but the problem occur when playing games that required multi touch like Pubg or CoD. This happens to me for 3 weeks already. Just fyi, My phone didn't have any crack. I di drop it sometimes but it was from a short height with tempered glass on. Weirdly enough, it happen around 1 month after the last time I drop the phone. I'm being using this phone since Released on may or june. Hope someone can help me with this ty!

                  gala, 07 Nov 2020why samsung use mediatek if they have exynos?A31 and A51 are on par with performance. I think A51 has the old exynos model and the new one just came out recently

                            i got this phone for a several weeks already. based on my opinion to this phone, it is very a good phone for its price. it got a good camera quality, especially the wide angle on both cams. but a little bit disappointments to the processor. but overall, 8/10 :))

                              can somebody help me. My A31's fingerprint sensor becomes so slow and does not recognize my fingerprint anymore. Sometimes when I turn on my device the colors suddenly became different and after refreshing it it becomes ok again. I just purchased my device yesterday and have encountered this issue. I also did installed a software update. Should I just bring my device to be refund and buy another device?
