Jess, 01 Sep 2020Do you have to wake up the screen by pressing the power but... moreno need to. just put your finger while blank screen and it's scanning. but the fingerprint is quite an issues. sometimes it hard to scanning my fingerprint up to 5 times. and I am quite sure my finger is fine (no stuff or something). happen quite often, had to adjust correctly and it's not quite fast scanning.

Samsung Galaxy A31 problems and Solutions.
I have been using the Samsung Galaxy A31 for up to 4 months here is what I have noticed about the phone.
1. Wi-Fi problems on 5 gigahertz network. Set your router to Channel 155 and above them the phone can connect to the Wi-Fi network .
2. Charging problems phone not charging on normal charge of fast charge properly, replace the charging cable which came with the phone to a more expensive one which can carry at least 3 amp current.
3. The phone is consuming high battery current, make sure you restore all things to default also dark mode we reduce battery consumption. The phone does not work well especially when you use terms or wallpaper which is not default which leads to hi battery usage. Resetting the phone can also help. Also using the default app device care memory cleanup can also help but sometimes you have to do it repeatedly two or three times.
4. Closing apps. When you press the app selection button to switch between apps and close the apps down. The memory or ram usage does not drop so you might have to go and force stop the app especially for browsers. The processor of this phone does not perform well with browsers and YouTube app.
5. One thing you need to know the processor is not meant like a high-powered device. So running many apps at once we drink a lot of batteries. When using Wi-Fi it is better to put the phone to 2G network to save battery consumption also indoor location can drink a lot of battery.

i love it.. i don't have any problem.. 5000 MAH battery is more than enough for me.. i really like samsung galaxy a31 2020

is the processor good enough for social media routine and a little gaming like Mobile Legends and CODM? and how bout the battery for a day? (Im using smartphone quite often, my screen on time may up to 6-7hrs or more so im lil bit scared)

Any one facing lag issues? I just got a 4GB variant and the phone severely lags while opening apps and browsing through web pages. No over heating, just severe lag in everything.
