After upgrade to android 12 phone works better than before. I've got 4gb of ram.

Previously before the update I would go upto 17 hours with heavy use but now I can only go for 9, 8 hours after the update

Let me withdraw my previous comment. Issue wasn't solved even after the factory reset. I found this later. Believe me. I am telling you the truth. I got my Samsung A32 updated to Android 12 with One UI 4. Sad to say that I did an act of folly. A lagging issue started to happen in home screen and in many other places specially when scrolling through pages and screens after installing the new Android 12 update.. Android 11 performed much better.. but I found that I cannot go back to it now. I have been using Samsung smartphones for years now and I got each and every OTA update but this is the time that I experienced a problem like this.. So guys be careful. I also watch many positive comments about Android 12 but in really it is not so good. This is my honest review.

Recently I installed the latest Android 12 software update in my Samsung A32 phone. At the time I was installing it, I had used about 80GB/128GB of its internal storage. After finishing the setup, I noticed a lagging issue. I was so disappointed about the matter.
So I deleted about 50% of used data and tried. No change was seen even after that. Finally I did a factory reset after having backed up important data. It worked ❤️. The factory reset fixed the issue. I have installed number of software updates in number of Samsung phones in the past but this is the first time that I encountered a problem like this. However I was happy in the end 😊 . Samsung should pay attention to issues like this when rolling out software updates.

Is old model and question if I get buggy model as u say some are laggy. Is risk and they keep high price on them here as if came out yesterday. Will keep a13 until some new solution. Ty.

I bought month ago new phone samsung ... moreMy Advice is, it depends with device, mine is A32, I did software upgrade from Android 11-12, and it's been a month now,...I'm facing no issues as I am speaking, and I did noticed some, or I can say both minor and major improvements in different aspects, like camera, battery, performance, responsiveness, just to mention a few. So literally, it depends with your device. You may get lucky or unfortunate, no device is bug free though they both are same brands and models.

Hi Drew, you are not wrong, it is on the screen. Although it is awesome, a screen protector can sometimes interfere with the reading of your fingerprint on-screen

Clown , 06 Jun 2022Don't worry....it's still much faster than a13. ... moreMaybe but they are so expensive in my country they keep them on price of over 260 euros and model is one year old . So I'm not sure what to do while I paid 200 eur for my a13 and now nobody want pay me even 150 for it as second hand phone so I don't think I can do it have to stay with what I have as it's risky idk even if a32 have great performanse or not.

I need bit of advice. I bought month ago new phone samsung a13 4g and I'm thinking to sell him off cuz not so happy with that phone screen is dark and bad quality and baterry drains so fast if u open YouTube or games and heat. I wanted replace him for this model of a32 but now reading opinions of others that this model lags after Android 12 update. Means is not worthy selling of my new a13 to get this. Please any advice would help.
