Anonymous, 12 Jan 2025Again stupid wide phone.I love wide phones. Since Samsung note 3... I could not go to thin phones. Then i got A34, then A35, now waiting for A36. Many respect to Samsung, for allowing this options for customers.

CEO, 11 Jan 2025We take note the comment about A36 being a brick. So you no... moreYou are funny CEO. Yes some A model are bricks, feels wide while holding. But those phones are value devices and some model have good capabilities. My view of them are:
Budget ------------- Balanced -------------- Higher priced
A06, A16 -------- A35, A36, A55 -------------- S24 FE
My personal feel as of Jan 2025, the A35/A36 takes the sweet spot as a balanced, capable phones paired to fair price. The new A36 reportedly to obtain 45w is a welcoming news. The A55 pricing meanwhile is reasonable lately, hence is one phone to look at as well. So conclusion, the best three samsung despite being bulky - the A35, A36 and A55.

The A34 was also a brick. The A55 was also a brick... but did you not notice all the three waist size are equally wide. We call them the 3 bricks, interestingly they are all selling quite well.

Interesting to see how it compared to last gen. I'll still wait for the M version. Maybe it's slightly better or this one's price has come down.

T... moreA new benchmark leak has all but confirmed Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 for the A36. Funny thing is that both the single and multi core scores are actually slightly lower than for the A36's Exynos 1380.
Well, at least the signal receptions strengths should improve slightly, thanks to the X62 modem. There will be no change in every other area though. The only other improvement I can think of right now would be UFS 3.1 instead of 2.2 as in the A35, but I have doubts about that.

the a36 looks really ugly, really can samsung hire new designers? it reminds me of bmw and their lead designer when he made cars that look... abnormal to say the least
