If someone has low memory on the phone, here's what you need to do:
Settings > Apps
Then select an app you don't use e.g. PowerPoint
Click: Disable, and Uninstall Updates (3 dots upper right corner).
I was able to increase the memory from 100MB to 2.9GB by disabling all the cr^&

I don't know. Mine is constantly warning me about storage / RAM issues and I have reduced all apps / data to a minimum (everything is on a SD card now) Still gets the annoying as hell warning messages. The settings menu tells me I should have about 630MB free on internal storage (16GB) and 630 MB on RAM. Still gets the warnings, can't even take a low res picture without getting the, This really start to hget on my nerves.

Anonymous, 04 Sep 2021I just discovered you can force allow moving all installed ... morenot certainly true, even if developer mode is turned on, there's still Samsung bloatware apps left that can't be moved, the only solution is to root the phone, i have A3 2017 almost 4 years now, and the developer option it's always on, for force app to move to micro SD. This is the only negative side of this phone too little memory, and even if you have memory card installed there's lots of bloatware apps that cannot be moved, even if in the dev option is enabled and then the force app to move to micro SD is turned on as well, the only reason i bought A71, and now A3 i'm using it as second unit

Sadly samsung or any other Android OEM hasn't made a successor to this iphone 8 knockoff design. Battery life is still insane for calls and text message

Best phone ever really it makes calls and rings really loud , WiFi calling on most networks and 4G LTE but I like a few apps and space is taken up with bloatware.
I will keep mine until it becomes useless due to memory issues.

The dual sim model still allows two SIMs and a microSD card to be stuffed in and used at the same time (Samsung blocked this on the next android version).

been a great phone used it for 4 years but with all the updates has really eaten up the storage. will miss the tiny size but will pass it on.

Vibrator dies quickly. Updates and bloatware fill phone storage making it obscolete. Solid overall build quality! Especially good autocalibrating AMOLED, no burn in after 3 years. Would buy exact form factor updated specs again. 4.5" would be sweetspot

Please Samsung please, want you to make new version of this phone, exactly like it was but with more storage. I´m still using this phone because I love it and I´m not interested in any of the new bigger ´super´ phones, I just want a new version of this one, with everything the way it was in 2017 version, but with more inner storage memory ( including slot for memory card). Please make our wishes come true

Great phone, but as others already said the problem is 16 GB phone storage which is overrun by os and app updates. We need the same phone with 3-4 GB RAM and 64 GB phone memory! Very good size makes it great for one hand use and it fits in every pocket
