The Galaxy A3 is a brilliant phone, an excellent balance between price and quality. However I've only had mine a few months and I'm having a serious battery problem.

Anonymous, 16 Sep 2017http://www.ebay.com/itm/samsung-galaxy-a3-2017-a320y-gold-d... moreThank you very much.
In fact, A320Y provides more 4g bands, which enables one to
use a wider variety of regional and international networks.
And inside my country (Iran), network providers are constantly extending and
refining their preferred internet bands, which means it is more reasonable
to buy a phone with more bands at your disposal.

Still no 7.0 update for my A3 2017 SM-A320FL, and now I see it on the list for Oreo. Maybe they will just skip 7.0 for some users and jump to Oreo when its ready? idk its weird.

My Nougat-powered A3 just received another update today. This update was tiny, at only 64 MB. Security is now on the August 1st patch. Knox received a minor update as well. Still 7.0 (as expected).

Sadly, this phone is not available in the Philippines. Only A5 and A7. Anyway, I love the whole A lineup. Looks premium and can be mistaken as a flagship by looks and by performance!

Hi everyone,
As you know, there are 5 models of this device as A320FL, A320F, A320F/DS, A320Y/Ds, and A320Y. The main difference between them is their internet coverage 3G or 4G bands, from among them, I have decided to buy A320Y/DS. Now, how can I be sure I am buying the exact model I mentioned? Where on the device body can I find the model name?

Your best bet would be with a Sony Xperia X Compact or waiting for the soon-to-be-released Sony XZ1 Compact. Or you could wait for the updated A3 (2018) due next year.
Or an iPhone :S

Anyone else having troubles with typing on this phone's default keyboard? I am looking for new phone. Can one replace default with third party keyboard? Unbelievable typing experience, poorer as on phones with smaller screens like Lumia 630(which has decent tiles for keys and has 4.5 screen) and even Iphone SE with 4" screen.
This A3 I want to like but struggle with typing. REcommend another compact?
