I'm looking for a budget phone with Dual Sim + Water Proof + Fingerprint Scanner. In that line, the best looking phone is A3 2017.
I'm planning to buy this phone and please let me know how the phone is.

I'm curious as to what camera does better in overall image quality (more natural-looking, less overexposure, etc.), clear and audible audio in video recording, great low-light photos between the Galaxy A3 2017 or the Wileyfox Swift 2X which has slightly better specs (apart from the SoC).
On a different question I understand the A3 2017 has no video stabilisation. What third-party camera app would you guys recommend that will somehow enable some form of stabilisation?
