Samsung uses this feature on special devices, i agree, but how J7 pro suddenly becomes special for Samsung only recently? i don't think AOD would impose costs on them like OIS, USB TYPE C,Bluetooth 5, etc, there are marketing policies they follow i don't understand. It is a deal breaker

Please see the full product manual to determine if your device is capable of displaying on a locked screen." Unfortunately, they don't mention AOD in the manual, so A40 doesn't have it.
