I thought this was supposed to be coming out this month? I really need a new phone and if this really has IP68 certification then I'd be all over it, but I can't wait until June.
And yeah, it's bigger than I'd like, but considering my current phone has a 4.7" screen and is only just comfortable to use with one hand, I've resigned myself to the fact that my next phone is going to be a two-hander no matter what.

Mediatek has changed, they make quite decent midrange processors now, and it's much cheaper for a mobile manufacturer to put Mediatek on their phones than Qualcomm for example.

I was waiting for this, as I prefer more compact devices, but the Mediatek is complete deal breaker for me, I guess I will go for the regular A40 instead (I was avoiding it due to the mediocre battery life)... Samsung keeps making weird stupid decisions and messes up devices that otherwise have potential to be perfect

Every spec looks good, screen, battery should last 2 days, decent size overall - BUT a Helio P65?! Why not an SD710, with 6Gb RAM? Samsung seems to cheap out on basic things they've done right in the past..

This is in-fact, a small phone. The screen is big because of larger aspect ratio and smaller bezels. The overall dimensions will be more or less the same.
