very unhappy with my A5 Samsung paid over $700 and have not used it!!!! first day had it got tiny hair line crack in left hand corner had to get it sent away cos phone not turning on nearly $300 later to replace screen and now just find out can't get a protection case at all! I can't use it as too easy to crack the screen! stay away from this phone!!!!!!!

Is camera lens have scratches while put it on desk or any surface. I do not want to use back cover bcoz it kill the beauty of the phone. Please suggest.

So far, only the A500FU model has received the Lollipop update, and according to Youmobile.com other variants are expected to receive the update in July.

I am using a5 since a month but as the time is increasibg the vateery power is getting less. Its decreasing 1 or 2 percent without any reason even if my data connection as well as wifi are off.. anyone has anybidea what to do for a good battery backup???

Anonymous, 26 Jun 2015s4 is better or a5 samsung..s4 is way better than A5.s4 is a beast while a5 is another budget oriented smartphone from samsung.The performance of A5 is not even half of that of S4.Again GPU of a5 is adreno 306 which has 23 gflops but s4 has powervr sgx543 which has gflops 51.The only advantage of a5 is its 64 bit based processor over 32 bit based processor of S4.

I cannot open the play store, it's always says connecting error but i have my iphone 5 with me try to open application of my iphone it's ok there's no problem With the connection because i thought the problem was the signal in my wifi.So i went to Mobile store if they can fix the problem ,she tried to connect with their wifi and thats the PLDT wifii can connect easily and download easily on my samsung a5, so they advice me to go to my store where i bought the wifi, so the lady from smart try to use my pocket wifi and connect her mobile no problem with the connection and connection is fast, what she did is she try to open some website on my samsung a5 it's really slow...So right now i dont know what the problem all i can say is im not satisfied using samsung galaxy a5 and take note i just bought and using it for only a month and its brand new.
