Don , 15 Apr 2015Plz be carefull while taking A5 device I took 3 weeks back ... moreMaybe your A5 is faulty set.
my galaxy A5 was perfectly , decent phone and awesome.
nothing problem , no lagging at all , superb multi tasking , fast but not fast like note 4 la , but its decent.
the best of it , the battery long lasting. From 100% , at 9 am , I use it by non stop mobile data on (4G) , then at 9 pm my battery percentage reach at 20% , really awesome. On my usage , i noticed that 10% less every 1 hour.
overall , Galaxy A5 is perfect mid range device.
For now , i'm waiting it'll updating to lollipop. For sure it will come coz it 64 bit processor. Sammobile already post about it. you may check it here http://samsung.youmobile.org/

Plz be carefull while taking A5 device I took 3 weeks back from past 3 days phone is getting hang and it will be switch off for 2 to 3 hrs then it gets started..no idea what's the problem...if possible any one can advice me what to do..

Anonymous, 13 Apr 2015I Have bought this phone 2 months back and i am very disapp... more.great storyman.
Here's mine.
Had my galaxy only 2 days and was using it by the fire, after using it only 5 minutes it actually began to MELT and turn brown. The screen wouldn't work , wifi or anything . I wrote to samsung and they treated me awfully asking me questions like how much did I pay and, where did I buy it. I told them clearly it was now sticky and on top of that it didn't taste nice at all.
They mentioned confectionary, and I just put the phone down. I have had it with samsung that's my last product from them. My family are ready for a change, probably Cadbury or Hershey for us next.

Had this phone for 5 days in total. And then i noticed that my screen shows colors differently on top and on bottom of the phone. Since then it's on service. That was one month ago. I didn't get a replacement phone so I'm still using my old Sony. I got A5 from service two weeks ago damaged and with same issue as before. Man in service told me that it's screen is supposed to be that way. I cant't what believe bu****it they are trying to get away with. I don't recommend buying any Samsung product since costumer support and a nightmare. I wish I never got this phone...
