Bought the phone in October 2015. Was good for the 1st few month's but the autocorrelation is very frustrating and two weeks ago the rear camera has become blurred and cannot focus even though the lens is clean. Sometimes when I turn on the phone the screen will have lines coming from the left hand side and other times I will not receive calls and no missed call will come up on the phone. This is too many problems for a 10 month old phone that costed €400 to buy. I would not recommend buying any of Samsung's "budget" phones as you are being over charged for a useless phone.

My phone has upgraded to marshallow and I'm having issues. The battery is draining, mobile data works fine out of my home. Some apps aren't working and others won't load. I'm also connected to WiFi but it's not working. 😠

its getting complicated after 6.0.1 update.slightly lagging, heats little bit and play store not working with wify while there is no problem with mobile data and some apps doesn't responding...but 6.0.1 has a nice icon pack.look awesome

Thought it was a nice phone but 1 1/2 years and it doesn't charge went back to O2 to be repaired but they said it was water damage despite the fact it hasn't been in any water apparently even if it rains and the phone is in your pocket it can get wet I now think its a waste of time.

I actually like the phone..over the past week I saw 2 things happening to my phone..1)the full left side of the screen from top to botton was faded and lined up like scratch marks..but the remaining part of the screen was normal...when I restarted the phone it became ok...2)one time when I picked the phone from my pocket to answer a call,the color of the screen was different than normal..when I finished the call the screen went back to normal colour...I have faced only these 2 problem's so far...I bought this phone December last year...so problems at this early stage is making me nervous..

the phone is just great in every thing maybe a little bit bad in battery it stand for almost 4h37 3g use with fulllllllll use non stop 5 to 6 h wifi 9h movies after MMR update the was super cute and lovely and the battery improved the front cam not that good but tha rear one great supreb so the conclusion if you want a great mid range phone for a low price go for A5 2016 if you want a decent mid range phone go for A5 2016 or HTC or sony all are good every phone have cons and pros so the judge here he"s the price budget okey boy good luck girl

I was having same I got my phone check up battery was damaged u should do a check by showroom or u will play more to replace it and 3 weeks minimum for repairing
now I have best marshmallow and no lag

im experiencing a problem tha has left a bad taste in my mouth my phone isnt picking up the wifi more like it isnt connecting on to it...i even tried to reset my phone but instead of it being better the issue still persists...What can be done..the phone is not even a month Old

Recently updated my A5 to marshmallow via OTA. After using for 3-4 days, this is my feedback.
1. Battery drains faster.
2. Image is clicked after pressing 3-4 times on camera button.
3. Screen response time is below average.
4. Lags a lot.
This happened today.
1. Alarm did not went due to which i reached office late.
2. No ringtone.
3. No volume in the media.
4. WhatsApp video not running.
5. MP3 & MP4 downloaded audio not supported by phone system.
Don't know what have I downloaded via OTA but it has screwed my phone completely. My suggestion is do not update.
Please do let me know if someone else is facing problems after the update.
