samsung shud release another small update to fix all issues in MM first update... This first update is not at all smooth.. Playstore dont work on wifi..only works on sim 3g.. overall phone becomes slow.. earlier lolipop was so smooth and fast.. i think it now uses more battery also though not very sure yet. Plz update again.

The sound for the incoming calls, SMS and alarm was disappearing every now and then, so I had missed calls, alarms and so on. This was happenig with a brand new device. After a VERY hard fight (I had to go to the authorities) the phone was substituted with a new one.
The new one had the same problem. The official service (Mobico - Skopje, Macedonia) wrote to me that they are not responsible if the problem is caused by third party apps like Candy Crush Soda Saga, Zedge, etc!!! For goodness sake...
So eventually a friend of mine installed a different Android OS called Resurrection Remix, working on Android 6.0.1. The same thing happened 2-3 times, but now I haven't noticed the problem for 2 moths or so.
I solved my own problem, but Samsung should not be selling phones with a serious problem. And also they need to choose more carefully which repair services they name as their official services.

playstore not working fine after MM update.. it dont show installed apps.. sometimes it crashes and dont open... so update apps option not there.. and it says in notification to update google services.. functioning not smooth.. wat to do??? india.

Ive update my Galaxy A500s from KK to L now to Marshmallow(yesterday)
It runs smoothly
A little changes on IU but all in all Are good
After iva had updated my A5 iReformatted it to factory setting and runs Super Smooth and faster Internet specially on mobile data and WIFI

Prink, 31 Aug 2016hi there,, my phone is locked with a pin and i dnt remember... moregoogle how to boot the phone into recovery mode and factory reset the phone... you'll loose your data but gain a working phone. good luck!
