What a piece of junk! Every time I recharge it, this piece of trash goes through black screen death and can't be revived without calling in twenty-seven Ph.D.s in computer science. It is a hideous, horrible, useless, monstrous machine and I wish I'd never bought it.

Bought this on may 2015, still using it until now altho a lil lag maybe ill change to A8s next year ...

We bought a brand new Samsung A5 monday, a day after we can not text, hard time. Samething 3 days after. Go to a cell expert and says that he have a full box of A5 broken after one day, few week or month. Nothing to do to fix it.The baddest phone that Samsung made. Do not even touch or by this kind of phone. We went back to the store and bought a A8 instead. Series S is perfect too. Good luck..

I still have good memories about this A5. Everything was so awesome about this phone! More memorable than the S7. I loved it.

Regretted buying it from the 2nd week when I noticed there is a mechanical problem with charging. Every time I wanted to charge it, had to struggle with the phone, inserting and pulling out the charger for a hundred times until it worked and started to charge the phone. Now after 2-3 months from the time I purchased it, can't charge the phone anymore, no matter how many times and for how many hours I tried inserting and pulling out the charger cable into and out of the phone. My cellphone's battery is dead and I have to go buy a new phone, or see if they can repair it and fix the problem for me.

Hi the Samsung Galaxy A5 is ok I up grade it not sure why yet my old sell phone started to go the same thing and it was neo 5 and I so sick of getting a text massage and your one the phone talking to someone on the phone and it's going off so you can't hear the person you are talking to on the phone I dont think when you are on the phone you notification should go off any time be for when talking to some one notifications was quite and same when you get a text you never hear it going off well you where talking to someone that part sucks but other for that part I like the phone Samsung Galaxy 5 can't say I love it until that part gets fixs thamks

I got this very cheaply to use as a backup phone. My mistake. It is far and away the worst phone I have ever used. Aside from everything else the microphone is so bad I have to hold the phone a centimetre from my mouth to speak. It refuses to identify or stay connected to my WiFi router, fails to load simple pages and constantly tries to update the mass of useless and unwanted Samsung apps. Do not buy this phone under any circumstances.

Very ugly and stupid phone! It stucks a lot! Awfull camera, awful screen, everything it is just awful on it! It is a rubbish!
