Great phone, had the galaxy s5 and have to say the a5 ia a lot better, it is very fast with loads of storage, very high quality camera, great sound, brilliant touch screen fast and very responsive, if you are thinking of getting this phone then i suggest you do.

maybe the best phone in galaxy A series, very smooth and battery friendly with good, balanced performance and a lot of features out of the box. had many phones like galaxy s6, but i'm only impressed by this A5, 5 stars!

guys need help. i am using galaxy a5 a500g in india for last 2 months. my current os is 5.0.2 lollipop. from last7 days i am facing battery problem. phpne is heating like crazy during charging and battery is draining very fast. it was absolutely fine till now. just started facing the problem recently.

But ..
If you can wait till January 8. Samsung is going to release new versions or A series.
A3, A5 and A7 (2016) with batter specs and battery.

I had problem with battery but then I rooted it and put cymod 12.1 on it with 5.1.1 andoid now I can go with 2 days with no battery carging and the phone is 60% quicker and better.
