I bought it through Amazon, unlocked and a new brand. After 4 months of use, all of a sudden stopped working and now I am getting another phone because this phone does not work anymore. I lost over 300$ and I would not recommend people to get this phone. I have read and so many users have had the same issue. I am so sad and I always used Samsung, but this is incredible how my amazing phone stopped working while I was playing and never turning back on ever again.

# Very nice display
# ONE UI is so smooth and fast
# So good camera ( rear and front )
# Fast underdiplay fingerprint scanner
# Very powerful processor
# So handy
# Excellent speaker
# Great fast charging
# Completely fixed in the pocket
# Amazing monthly update
# Nice design

I'm going to sell it but I still own it and used it, hence why I call it trash (experience). Samsung's smartphones are just not good anymore, especially in Europe (exynos versions).
Atleast their tablets are the best option in the Android world. Now we need monthly security updates on those aswell, which will happen with Android 10 regardless.

Either keep using it and enjoy or get another phone (you said you got one already) and sell the A50. Hope you enjoy your new phone :) , I don't care if you keep the A50 or not.

Got the january update and it seems to be fixed now. I still got two different error registering my fingerprint...says "Keep your finger in the middle" or something. Even if you do it, it fails sometimes.
Took them only two months...Finally can get rid of this trash.

I have to mention the changes in December update again to show the changelog :
# Fingerprint problem completely solved .
# Camera pictures are now better .
# wifi connection is now very well and stable .
# some changes in messages while sending a message
# one ui is now smoother .

Merqury, 02 Jan 2020My fingerprint problem is still not fixed even after the De... moreYeah I switched to Xiaomi and waiting for a fix so I can sell the A50... Europeans received the November update with the error earlier and yet Samsung pushed the broken update weeks later to other regions. On top of that the december update didn't fix it and even 3 weeks after Europe got the faulty update, others got the same faulty patch.
And then there are people with three accounts lying that it was fixed. smh
