Why am i having touch screen glitches the phone glitches sometimes and i cant use the screen when ever it happens to me i have to turn it off and on? Plzzzzzzzz anyone else????

I have to mention the changes in December update again to show the changelog :
# Fingerprint problem completely solved .
# Camera pictures are now better .
# wifi connection is now very well and stable .
# some changes in messages while sending a message
# one ui is now smoother .
