You should compare with other brands who are using Android in Iran, like HUAWEI, oppo and vivo, and see whether their update policy are better than SAMSUNG.

First of all I had been a loyal samsung fan for last 8 or 9 years. But after purchasing A50 I think I've made a huge mistake. I am facing 3 problems
1. There is reddish tint in my display ( I think this is a hardware problem and may be I'm unlucky.)
2. 4g Network issue . In this case I would say while my Nokia 2.1 latch into network excellently but A50 just horrible.
3. And under display finger print scanner is just simply useless !
I'm from Bangladesh . i haven't got August update yet( mine is in july update). My SOT is impressive 9 to 9.5 hours. I know may be mine is a faulty one, I am unlucky but why should I not be properly compensated? Moreover it looks like there are lot of consumers are having fingerprint and network issues. (May be I'm the only one having reddish tint in display) So samsung quality control must be responsible and this is really unacceptable from a brand like Samsung . I think this is the end of my 8 years long relationship with Samsung .

Khuan, Amirboli, A50 and PartTimePhoner are spamming reviews here to manipulate them. They try to push away everyone that reports problem in this phone, no matter what the problem is.

2-why samsung dont do as apple ? when new version of ios available all of devices get that same time (within 3-4 days) so whysamsung dont do that?
3- ok i see different region and other policy of samsung but samsung must be more responsive .april update on my location and august update on india ? really 4 months 4 updates released and none of them for me?!!! this is policy??

You should compare with those brands in Iran (like HUAWEI) and see their latest update is which month.

After updating August firmware I'm amazed to share that the finger print sensor is very responsive. Well done Sammy.
Next update please focus on the camera. The pics are really good in day light but the video quality is a bit disappointment and often they are grainy. Already shared this on Samsung Members app.
Exynos 9610 is capable of 4k but not included as a default option in camera settings. Would love to see this addition in future update.
