2-why samsung dont do as apple ? when new version of ios available all of devices get that same time (within 3-4 days) so whysamsung dont do that?
3- ok i see different region and other policy of samsung but samsung must be more responsive .april update on my location and august update on india ? really 4 months 4 updates released and none of them for me?!!! this is policy??

You should compare with those brands in Iran (like HUAWEI) and see their latest update is which month.

After updating August firmware I'm amazed to share that the finger print sensor is very responsive. Well done Sammy.
Next update please focus on the camera. The pics are really good in day light but the video quality is a bit disappointment and often they are grainy. Already shared this on Samsung Members app.
Exynos 9610 is capable of 4k but not included as a default option in camera settings. Would love to see this addition in future update.

After the August update the fingerprint is so responsive. My phone display has broken although it unlocks so quickly.

now this is really ridiculous. we r still on april update in iran and india gets august update.really? india get 4 updates after april and we didnt get even 1 of them. this is how samsung support devices?! we also paid for phone. why phone must get latest update on india and same phone stack on april update on another region?!! really? this is how samsung satisfy customers?

If that phone also overheat, then SAMSUNG Galaxy A50 is not a crab.
