My phone sometimes overheating on two instances
1. When I'm driving it's a 4hrs drive I connected my phone to my car using Bluetooth and listening to music and sometimes charging the phone using the car charger. Almost after 31/2 hrs, the phone gets heated and hangs the display on's and you can't do anything no face unlock or pattern unlock working and if I pressing the power button continuously it calls the distress number if some calls it's ringing for them and but for me no display. The phone becomes normal after one hour.
2. I went to a temple function so I kept my phone in a handbag and lock in a cupboard it's a hot day after like 3hrs the phone is very hot and the same thing happened. The phone becomes normal after 6hrs that too the battery drained out. Even though the battery was 50% it drained out in a couple of hours on no usage.
Have anyone faced this issue?
Is this a faulty one?
My phone is one month old. Can I get a replacement on a warranty basis?
Any suggestions to avoid overheating?

AnonD-875092, 16 Aug 2019Yes right... But still, A50 is a good phone, a delay in up... moreTalking nothing wrong about the phone. But region wise discrimination is worst thing a company can do. We also paid same amount for the same device as compare to other regions.

But still, A50 is a good phone, a delay in updates is not a deal breaker. Weird enough, A30 in my region is receiving updates on time, so does A7 2018. All but A50...

Also my older phone A5 2016 stopped getting updates a year ago
But in other countries it's still gets security updates
Samsung isn't fair to all it's customers
I've always used Samsung phones but I'm gonna switch to another company who treat all the costumers the same way

Im nagging about this delay of update everyday ((im in middle east )) . Not only i say it is a bad phone but also i hardly recommend people to buy A50 ............
