The samsung a50 biometric sensor is terrible - it takes forever to work - it's quicker just using the patter unlock ...I hate it!!!!!!!!! I don't see the value of the in-screen sensor - my huawei p20 lite works so much simpler and easier and reliably with the sensor on the back of the phone!!!

Do I don't know if yours is a fake/defect unit, or you are just a basher that never used A50.

Same problem for my Galaxy A50.Which is so frustrating. From a long long time i am a user of Samsung. but Galaxy A50 has changed my good concept due to some major problem like
1.Networking 4g connectivity is completely so many poor than others competitor phone.
2.Poor camera sharpness quality, background quality is always not clear.
3.Battery draining is very fast as a 4000amp.
4.Fingerprint scanner is fully waste.
5.Browsing time of Internet it is laggy and freeze for sometimes. 6.Charging time phone temperature is quite hot than others same prices phone. when Samsung Authority will solve those big problematic issues!!!! I think that,next time i never bye Samsung any phone.This is very painfull for as a long time user.

please solve face unlock security when closed my eyes then open the lock.....why samsung? please resolve security of face unlock......please do something for face unlock in next software update.

I have been using this phone for a month now. I have been facing a peculiar technical glitch. My phone is getting automatically locked frequently. Even when I am using the phone. Anyone has any solution to this? I have tried running the phone on safe mode but I am still facing the same difficulty.

I have purchased Samsung A50 one week ago but its touch is not good, works very poor. Please try to redolve this issue on priority basis.

not worried about the headphone jack,amoled and what not
im only concerned about the processors.can exynos handle high graphics and high end games for long hours like snapdragon?
