I buy this phone March 12, 2021 and it come today at 11 a'clock with touchscreen error. I open back cover & dont know exactly fault of this, everything fine. after 5 ~ 7 restart it blankscreen (duh) and phone from warm become cold, I know what is this condition.
I call samsung service center but it just robot answering and come to my friend, he says like I think the phone dead.
To all of you think twice if ever want buy this brand, samsung had a good quality phone in outside but inside fragile. I buy this phone to replace my redmi 8 but I thought today xiaomi is best quality than samsung.

Samsung start rolling out A50 Android 11 for everybody. Now India user already received the update. Its One UI 3.1. It have Edge Lighting, Edge Panel, Haptic feature. But missing Single Take functions. But its fine for me.

The new update has caused every downloaded program to become slow when booting up. Also it is very frustrating that every time I leave the program but keel it open to come back to it, the new update to samsung software restarts my program again taking a long time to boot.

Bought mine in April 2019. Been a nice ride up until after upgrading to android 11... the Wifi and Hotspot are not working. Luckily it had a 2-year warranty returned to Samsung technicians. It's been a week now still waiting.
