battery drain this battery drain that, overheat this overheat that...latest patch bring more stable os and some major and bold errors are fixe device care is enhanced to help a50 for a better life
all phones are prone to overheat IF you use it vigorously, opening multi apps and heavy AAA games are some factors for overheating
this is midrange phone so dont expect it works as flagship

Or if you hate A50 this much, just throw him in trash and stop complaining here.

to the new people who visit this page to get an idea about the phones reading people's comments,Don't.if you read carefully you'll see that it's the same few people who wouldn't stop bashing this device. There are lots of pretty detailed reviews about battery life etc and even Gsmarena themselves did a pretty good review about this phone.stick to those please.they claim to sold 3 million units of this phone and let's say 300 got issues,that's still like 0.01% so there you go.

POCO does not heat unless you know how to use a phone.

I have used three generation of UI from SAMSUNG : from TouchWiz to Experience UI, now is One UI 1.1.
Within this period, I also tried HUAWEI's EMUI 8.2 (Android 8.1), so I can tell you that SAMSUNG's One UI is not just changing the name and design only.
They have changed something from the base of the UI.

Singaporean user, 18 Jun 2019Regret getting this phone, battery issues and other problem... moreIts not worth the money ..buying a phone where the battery drains on idle even if your phone is on airplane mode..try putting your phone on airplane and just watch it will still drain..there is nothing you will do that will fix that problem. You can even use power saver .put all your apps to sleep ..reflash your device ..put your phone on safe mode it will drain ..its like it's been programmed to drain ..😁😁

Without inserting SIM card showing network available in phone. Is it software problem or hardware issue. Any one have any idea about this.

Who ever suffering from network connection problem/slow internet in galaxy a50 just turn off voLTE in phone .....
Because I am also suffering from slow internet connection last few days....today I turn off voLTE then now working good...

Regret getting this phone, battery issues and other problems. Tried resetting but they don't go away. Maybe it's a problem with the os or hardware.
I might have to bring it down to the service centre or return it. Should have got some other model and maybe from other brands.
Phone quality is not bad but these issues might not make it your money's worth. Battery life is left with less than 6 hours worth after using 2 to 3 hours at low brightness , no idea what is causing it.

Bought this phone to replace p20 pro.
No regrets whatsover. Huawei will be toast soon.
Oppo, oneplus,realme all chinese companies are at risk be careful.
Samsung and LG will rise from the ashes.

Daily usage is great. I get 11 SoT for normal use. OneUI is love OneUI is life. There are some issues here and there, like the back being plastic and the speaker not being clear enough but thats all. Its a great midranger. But still a midranger dont expect flagship experience
