But I saw many of them are quite difficult to fix themselves and they just keep on blaming here. So I advise them to contact SAMSUNG via app or go to SAMSUNG service center to solve the problem.

I've been using this phone for 3 months , here's my experience
1. Performance and efficiency with 10 nm chipset is so good
2. Design is so good but build quality is so so , plastic back panel
3.display and the tear drop notch are perfect
4. Battery life is great and it charges so quickly
5.cameras can get the job done , don't expect too much
6.finger print is soooooo bad , I'm using face recognition instead and it's so quick
All in all , good deal

js, 04 Jun 2019It drains battery 15 to 20 % when i sleeping at night.......That's a serious drop. check battery settings on your device care. Mine barely drains 1% when WiFi n data off. 2% WiFi on. Around 4% when data on. Or go to Samsung care

It is up to us to judge which among them are true or false. When it is broken, you need to have it repaired of course. It is just common sense. Just bought this phone 1 day ago There's no heating, battery problem but it heats if you use the phone under the sun, in hot car, without access, 1 pubg match drains 5-10 battery I haven't updated my phone to may patch, haters gonna hate don't believe them

Anonymous, 04 Jun 2019Battery life,audio,build quality and ui are better than a50Don't make me laugh, MIUI sucks and is full of ads, also both note 7 and note 7 pro has a bit better processor than A50.
By the way I saw multiple videos where A50 wipes the ground with both notes in battery test, he even has lower heat dissipation.
The best os in the android world are one UI and oxygen OS, MIUI and EMUI are the worst.
I agree that both notes has a better build quality, but I treat my phone with precaution, I'm not clumsy to keep dropping my phone.

But if you are flashing a software there are bigger risks, by the way create a backup of your phone on a computer using smart switch :)

Not like XiaoMi MIUI, SAMSUNG One UI totally do not have ads.
If your SAMSUNG Galaxy phone has ads, then it is the problem of the apps you have downloaded.

For those who want to buy the SAMSUNG Galaxy A50, comments are just for your reference only.
I believe many of the readers here are not pro with the smartphone including myself.
Some of the problems need to solve by professional people. The easiest and effective way is to sent the phone to SAMSUNG service center.
I don't think this is a helpless comment.

Design is important too but it aint everything either.
There are 2 reasons for why I dont go for chinese brands:
1- Yes they are cheap there but here their prices arent as cheap as that. For example Pocophone F1 and A50 are about the same price or F1 is cheaper but here F1 is more expensive than A50
2- I prefer user-friendly easy-to-use visually-appealing OneUI over the higher performance for those prices

This is one of the greatest phones I've ever used.
This is the first midrange phone I've ever bought. And I must say I regret buying all these flagships in the past. It get the job done with speed and excellent battery life. One UI is ofcourse very welcome. It is the perfect phone for everyone who is not so much into photography. Other than that the phone is very nice.
Pros:
Light weight, acceptable size. Wish it was a bit smaller.
Not a slippery phone at last.
Excellent battery life.
Very good screen.
Very good software with not too much trash apps pre-installed.
Acceptable speed and not laggy by any means.
Cons:
Poor fingerprint scanner. I use only face recognition.
Very average camera quality.
Slow charging speed for a 4000 battery.
Chine is noticeably big.

And it really shows how blurred our perception between midrange/flagship is, people often look at a phone's design and think "Hey, this $300 phone seems faster thant the OnePlus 6"

And oh yeah, more RAM =/= more faster, just how many apps it can run at the same time.

Try turning off data and wifi before sleep, and install Greenify and see if there's apps still running so it can force close it
