I havn't received any updates for SM - A505F/DS. who knows why its taking months to get updates yet am connected WiFi through out? It has for february. I Bought phone mid April

Big confusion on phone selection. what you guys prefer from Samsung A50 or Redmi Note 7 Pro.

Download original firmware and install with Odin tool .
Your data will be wipeout..
In service center .
They reinstalled firmware and reset .
That will able get nav key board.

Venky , 27 May 2019Bro this is possible.latest update not erase in mobile.once... moreMy friend's SAMSUNG phone's keyboard stop running after updating the security patch (not A50), I help him to sent the phone to SAMSUNG service center to install back the original software (the software version is different from the one he updated previously).
Now his phone is totally fine without any problems.

If you play a game like pubg then heating is normal, especially in areas with hot climate.

Recently I bought UAE version of this phone @ AED 850.00. I dumped my Honox 8X in favor of A50 because Android revoked Huawei license which is not going to help in long run.
Speaking of Specs, its 128Gb ROM and 4GB RAM. Camera performance was better with 8X and it AI capabilities. The only benefit I found with A50 with 8MP Wide angle lens, but a hit and miss with lot of barrel distortions. Finger sensor is way faster in 8X. Coming to the display, hey! I felt in love with sAMOLED of A50.
Performance wise both phones are at par. A50 support for Dolby Atmos is commendable. Anyways better stick to A50's than buying Honor phones which isn't gonna anywhere from now.

I purchased the A50 today and just doing initial quick setup. The mobile is awesome, but showing heating issue. how can I solve the problem. Or should I return the phone.? Please advice.
