This phone have a big problem after updated to android 10
Phone become lag, auto restart so often....no sound on all apps while playing video and it will fast forward,even calling have no voice when u talk..sameas voice msg...really just simply making and incomplete product and sell to customer

I think we do not have this phones except the cover . My phone is filled with ( Privacy policy and Terms of service ). I only want browsing internet and learning no more.in privacy policy they tell you that they do every with your information but do not afraid.

Anonymous, 27 Oct 2020I have exactly the same problem.Use moderate battery saver and data saver. Go to applications and prevent unnecessary applications from using battery and backgrownd data . Delete history of your browser . Delete cache memory of applications .

Js, 29 Oct 2020When i calling someone my Samsung a50 hanging problem.........Same problem started today afternoon, mine just went off and i am not able to input the pin. The touch screen just won't allow it.
