Tony, 27 Apr 2019Fast charging is not supporting to device ....it taking too... moreIt take 1.5 to 2 hours for complete charge from 0 to 100 %. In summer or when battery temp is high the charging speed is automatically become slow. It is sound strange but earlier I have Moto X4 I faced same issues in summer or when battery temp is high.
Or
You must have disabled fast charging mode.
Device Care- Battery-- 3 Dots( Settings)--Enable Fast charging

Camera---->Front Cam-->Settings--->Save Options---->Disable picture as previewed
There is no logo/icon when you connect Earphone.
There is no data Speed option.You have to download app for that from Play Store.
Use Camera in 3:4H mode hopefully you will get better pics. Compare the pics with Scene Optimiser enable and disabled.

In fact this morning I turned of both data and wifi .and I slept for 45 minutes and guess what? 5% of my battery went with me turning off every single thing..right now am on battery saving mode to close down all my background apps.its still draining and taking 3hrs to charge from zero to 100.. now am on my way to Samsung office to see if I can get a refund if possible because my device is just a week old today.
And note am not the only one suffering from this a lot of people have complained in the Samsung community. There is simply no fix for this ..and it seems not all device have this. Someone even posted this on YouTube that the same day he bought the phone it was draining and Samsung refuses to change or give him a refund

In SAMSUNG GALAXY A50 -
I am facing the below problems.
1. Not responding fingerprint (frequently).
2. Poor sharpness of captured image by camera. Especially skin tone not accurate though beauty mode is off.
3. Earphone icon/symbol not showing when an Earphone is plugged in.
4. No option of data speed meter (as notification) is found.
5. Facing problem of fast battery drain.
6. Delay response in making outgoing calls.
7. No option to off mirror view in front camera. Handset model: SAMSUNG GALAXY A50 Assembled in Bangladesh product. The worst experienced with SAMSUNG GALAXY A50! Please resolve those issues as soon as possible by providing update.

It is little bit slow ..
Before unlock clean fingerprint area.
Fsceunlock is less secure in any phone ..
In the day light camera delivery good picture.

A50 so far looks like a great phone. 3 problems I have
1. The finger print reader is rubbish, reads the print in exactly the same position 1 in 4 times, not good enough, very frustrating, and it's very slow.
2. I carry the phone in my top pocket all the time, If I place it screen towards my body, it somehow unlocks without finger print or code, WHATS UP WITH THAT??? not very secure.
3. Although it has this great 25MP camera, the quality is not so great, especially in lower light conditions. You cannot set resolution.

Only the fingerprint sensor is worst but nevermind that because I'm using face unlock on my A50. Samsung must have fix this issue. Overall it is the best midrange phone in 2019.
