    If you want more technical detail read lab tests of both devices on GSMArena.

    IMO sAMOLED is always better than IPS display.

      After the update in March the performance drastically improved. I am using this device from 2 months now I am used to Fingerprint sensor.

              Fan of Samsung since Samsung Galaxy Note 1 was released.
              After long wait and comparing many other Samsung phone switched to A50 and trust me this is an awesome mid-ranger phone by Samsung with Rs 19,990/- ($285). Before buying was skeptical if this will be right decision to move from Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to Samsung A50 but trust me this phone never let me down.
              With some software updates Samsung must roll out 4K video capabilities as this chip set supports 4K videos. ( 4K recording could be possible using Open Camera app but not recommended being 3rd party app and would strongly suggest you wait for Samsung official updates).
              No heating issues, not lag whatsoever while playing games.
              Superb screen time and awesome sound quality while using it with Sony MDR-100ABN Wireless Headphones.. Thank to the Dolby Atmos option available.
              Radio option should also be available using Wireless option.
              4000 mah battery does work well and 15W charger also compensate in quick charging.
              Overall 4.5 out of 5 ratings from my side just because the onscreen finger print is not 100% reliable or else could have been 5 out of 5.

                    Oh my god a serious problem is the fingerprint unlock
                    And the backlight is not great in day times
                    Otherwise this is a good mobile but
                    Poco f1 is the leader in this price range
