Because i was not happy with it before the update. new update makes the fingerprint sensor much more faster then before. Another thing is dont hold your finger on the sensor for a long time. Just put your finger gently and then remove it. It's just a optimization issue ,nothing else. oneplus 6t was not so faster at first time but it solved after several updates.
