Just a small info, hope this helps, In india YouTube videos are restricted max to only 480p, so to override that, you can download smart YouTube tv app, just search on google. You won't believe but Trust me guys I personally tested it also plays 8k videos on my A50 phone.. just give it a try

Jo, 13 Jun 2020Same thing happened with mine. It stuck in the Samsung logo... moreWell judging a whole brand out of a software bug is unfair. Instead of whining here report this issue to samsung so they find and fix the bug.
Do you remember if you installed an app recently before the bug occurs? If you are able to boot into safe mode but unable to boot normally then maybe an app is causing the problem not samsung's fault.

I tried to do a soft reset and entered the Safe/Recovery mode. Wiped the cache partition but to no luck. This happened twice. I guess I can say this is the WORST phone ever. I got no problem with my Huawei and ASUS after system updates. I guess, this is the last time I'd buy Samsung. NEVER AGAIN.

In fact, my battery lasts even longer than it did on Android 9 and some things work much smoother (like page scrolling). WiFi connectivity has also gotten much better. I was really sceptical about updating because of all the bad reviews so I kept postponing it, but I'm extremely glad I ended up updating after all.
