M, 08 Jun 2020I have the same issue. It goes off and thrn just the Samsun... moreSame thing happened with mine. It stuck in the Samsung logo. I tried to do a soft reset and entered the Safe/Recovery mode. Wiped the cache partition but to no luck. This happened twice. I guess I can say this is the WORST phone ever. I got no problem with my Huawei and ASUS after system updates. I guess, this is the last time I'd buy Samsung. NEVER AGAIN.

aplusk9, 06 Jun 2020Anyone updated it to android 10 ? How is experience after... moreI updated to Android 10 a month ago and so far everything is great. No lagging or battery drainage. In fact, my battery lasts even longer than it did on Android 9 and some things work much smoother (like page scrolling). WiFi connectivity has also gotten much better. I was really sceptical about updating because of all the bad reviews so I kept postponing it, but I'm extremely glad I ended up updating after all.

Flagship features and style, at a mid-range price... IMO Samsung hit a home run with the Galaxy A50.

How is experience after... moreI was skeptical about upgrading to Android 10 after reading reviews of slow charging and couple of other bugs, I anyway updated it's absolutely Amazing, haven't faced any charging issues and getting excellent battery life as there is no battery drain.
The only thing whats missing is you cannot record calls on Vowifi

Ggson, 08 Jun 2020Is A50 waterproof ?A50 is not at all waterproof or even splash resistant, infact if you try to use with moist or little bit wet hands the screen goes bonkers(keeps jumping all over the place).

Hi , Iike to ask after update on android 10 hard reset ( power button+volume button) don't work! Why? And if someone can tell me how to go there to "wape space" memory...How to make this?
