This SAMSUNG mobile is such a worst and useless.... because when I purchase it from the showroom they must give minimum warranty upon my mobile
if at all it doesnt completed atleast 1 year also and it was only 3 months before I have purchased it for 24,000/- The screen became blank and when I went to the service center these fools are not understanding the problem and saying that its a technical problem and telling that doesnt comes under warranty
Then what is the use of purchasing like this fools product...called samsung
previously I had an issue with samsung J7 Pro bought it for 22,000/- on 21st august 2018 and same problem with that too but they have changed display thrice but still same problem with that mobile phone
but still i bought A50 s again same thing happened
so I SUGGEST everyone not to buy such a useless product
their is no proper service and they doesnt know how to treat the customer who spent around 60,000/-
and still asking me to pay for the display charges ......
you should respond for my opinion
and dont cheat others by taking money from innocent public
i have both the mobiles with me till today
next time i never go through samsung
and i suggest all my friends and relatives and public that not to buy this brand

Until December i was getting so much concerned about the fingerprint issue of this device.This concern almost made me to sell this device but suddenly the december patch brought the fingerprint improvement update,i was overjoyed to see the results because that issue is no more.The fingerprint is working fast,accurate and efficient.
The JAN patch update even bought the significant improvement in :
Bug fixes,
Device stability,
Camera performance n
Ram management is somehow improved too...
I'm loving this device now!!!!

I Bought this phone 3 months ago i have seen many comments like heating, hanging but its not happened with my phone its a perfect and handsome set.

I found some users of A50 also have heating issues.
Its brand new, few months old. Overheating problem occurs. It turn off automatically saying the phone is overheating, but it is cold as ice. Happens between 30-60 minutes.
After several days, it suddenly stop charging. I'm buying new phone. this is the last time I'm using samsung.

Crandle, 07 Feb 2020I have heating issueCan you describe the issue better? Saying just "I have a heating issue" won't help. If you are playing heavy games like PUBG heating is very normal, especially with a silicon case.

I have a little problem or bug with my A50. When I turn off and then I want turn on it shows battery empty, then second time when I try turn on it works normaly turn on.
