dont buy this phone, been using since october 2019 and I regret it every time. Phone is always laggy and overheating.

I lost mother board for 12months and 20 days, i bought on 05.01.2020 mother board got damage 24.2.2021, Investing money on samsung hardware is waste. Can't trust Samsung hardware or recommend it. Is it preset in the hardware to damage in specific period. Quality to be rechecked

I had this phone for just 15 months and the motherboard died on me. I swear i was taking good care of the phone with, few cases of it being dropped but not bad drops that would result to the phone being broken. Overall my experience with this phone has soured my impressions of getting mid tier budget phones from samsung.

Dont buy it you will loose the money i never buy sansung again in life

Battery backup is very low SO battery life is not so much of this model as I was expecting.

Same issue with mother board after same time(14 months)....want to change it for 9.5k rs...is this really happening with their knowledge?....will never buy a samsung phone again. Beware when you buy it.

Motherboard crashed after 14 months, right in time for company to avoid warranty services. Will need at least 7 to 8k to change it. was a Samsung loyal till this point, wont ever buy a Samsung phone ever....would rather buy poco or redmi or any other random brand but samsng.

Its not a very good phone. After using it i founf out that the battery drains faster than before and it gets hot quickly.The phone laggs a lot if used for some months only.
