I bought a new samsung A51 mobile for my daughter as a birthday gift just 3 days back. But unfortunately the day I bought the phone it started to give trouble with the display and the display started to turn off automatically during usage in the very first day and after just 20 minutes of usage the phone started to become so heat which can be compared to 1 hour of charging and the power button of the mobile doens't work almost all the time I went to the show room and they ended up with making some changes in the settings and again after 10 mins of continuous usage the same problem seemed to repeat once again then on the third day I approached the Samsung official service centre and they suggested 2 solutions to be done that is 1.updating the phone with the latest software and if the same issue is being repeated they will replace me with a new mobile . But I'm not satisfied to use a brand new mobile which is defective even though the defect is being rectified because what is the assurance that the same issues does not tend to repeat near future????.Despite of so many new brands I chose samsung to be my first priority due to the trust I had on the brand over these years and I'm a passionate user of the brand. I literally had a good opinion over the Samsung branded products. But this time these kind of issues made me to get disappointed towards the brand.

I'm sorry to say but after the recent update samsung has decreased the charging rating from 9v 2.0A to 9v 1.67A.
I don't know why Samsung does this. You can check this in the about phone section of your phones settings and press status.

Sushant, 09 Jul 2020guys...can i use 18w or above watt charger to charge this p... moreYes you can use a 18w & above charge, but you still get 15w charge max, so is pointless to use higher power charge as the phone won't charge faster than its max charge rate.

I want to ask A51 users, are you noticed any problem in turning display off during a call? My display doesn't turn off immediately when I hold the phone on my ear during a call, or it turns on suddenly during the call.

I just brought this last month because most people say it's a good phone and very smooth on gaming but I was so disappointed. This phone or maybe mine only is not really good. Not good on gaming, even on offline games it's not really good. The graphics are so bad. It's a waste of money. I am planning to return it back and get a new one.. Bcuz this one that I've got is too bad.

Bought Galaxy A51 and been using it for about a month now and here's my experience with it...
The thing you always look at in a phone is the screen and the screen on this phone is mind blowing, I've checked other phones (Xiaomi, Realme, Vivo etc) with Amoled screens but they don't even come close to how vibrant, punchy and Beautiful Samsung displays are,
2ndly what good is a dead phone, i mean dead battery, and battery on this phone is excellent, easy 6hrs battery life with heavy usage and 8-9 with normal usage...
Cameras are also really good (best in a mid ranger)
Plastic (Glastic) in built quality but look good and is more durable than glass,
Good for Gaming too, Smooth+Extreme fps in PUBG.M,
And OneUI in my opinion is the best software experience you'll have...
So overall 9/10 for a Mid ranger
Definitely would recommend!

All aspects are below average. Better to move with Chinese Brand... Xiaomi Mi 9T , Reno 3 Pro, Nova 5T.... This is not value for the price.

You know which phone simply zooms past the shelves of Carphone Warehouse? The S20 series? No way!! It is the Galaxy A51 and A71!! Top notch specs, middling processor, top notch camera. In fact, the A51/71/ S series have the same Isocell camera sensors. The S series offer a better camera experience due to evolved and optimized software. But for 90% of people, the A51 is the best phone. Proof of success is the freshly launched A51 5G.

I debated between the A51 and A71. I got the A51, love it. Camera, battery, everything is fantastic. Don't listen to bad reviews, phone is great.

Does anyone experience here stuck on samsung logo? When I play mobile legends its really smooth and dont have a laggy experience. But when i closed the app suddenly my phone stuck on samsung logo which makes me nervous. I just bought this phone 4 days ago. Does my phone have a factory defect?
