Should I buy this phone? Or look for some other in the same price. M confused cz many people saying here it's not a good phone. If not this which phone should I buy in similar price. Looking for your valuable feedback. Thanks

Especially since it has GoodLock modules.
Try the P40 Lite image processing first. Samsung is honestly not worth it with this price.
Yeah AMOLED is quite the tech, P40 lite's display feels cold.
And the device itself is also thick & heavy.
And P40 Lite not being compatible with regular memory cards doesn't help either (I have a 256GB Samsung EVO+ SDcard.)
But you know what? Not having GMS might be good, as long as you know how and where to download apks and use them. Youvan even easily get GMS on it too, I dont see GMS being a dealbreaker

PartTimePhoner, 16 Jun 2020P40 Lite and A51 have the same price its ridiculous, I dont... moreYes I'd pick the p40 lite anytime (if it had gms ofcourse), but let's be reasonable here, most competitors (at least in the global market) don't offer an amoled screen at this price, some (including myself) prefer Samsung's image software processing over huawei and realme, and the soc isn't terrible for those who don't care much about gaming, and I think one ui is getting better with these mid-range chip sets compared to the early days of the A50. So I can see how this product can be appealing to some people, not me ofcourse.

Dunno about u guys..got a 4/64 gb one ...used for 3 months then one morning it just stop turning on. Brought to Samsung center and they said they need to replace IC, luckily it is under warranty . Had to let it got as used phone for half the price.... don't go for this one. Looks appealing but lacking quality. Dissaponted in Indonesia

I've had this phone for a month now, and it's great! I love it! For the price, it does more than I thought. I had an iPhone before, and this one blows the iPhone away! The charger is fast! And the batt. life is really good! Photos and video are beyond what I expected. I suggest anyone to get this phone!!!

I had this phone for 4 months now, before this phone i had a LG G6/G5 and V20, and these are flagship devices, they don't even compare in performance as well as camera, this is a great phone given the price tag, I cannot see why people are bashing this device on this forum, even the 4GB variant is insane, it doesn't even heat up like my devices im referring to above.
Remember, this is running cortex A73 as its big cores for heavy lifting , those cores were specifically developed to maintain performance over a long period of time while gaming, watching videos etc, bottom line, i dont have complaints, its amazing.

worst phone ever, good for only 1month, always keeps restarting, going in safemode, google error, keyboard error, google service error! even flashing to the latest version (binary 3), give me back my money!

Hi everyone it has being 10 since I bought this phone and I have a problem. This is the 1st Samsung phone where I am facing issue with battery drain at the high level. Is there any thing that I can do to reduce the battery drainage in the phone. It reduces 10% overnight even if the wifi is ON OR OFF. Also I don't use data at all. Auto sync and Location service is always OFF.

i bought this phone recently and its front camera is not good as expectation.
over all this phone is just ok.
