Those people complaining about battery probably already have decreased battery capacity to begin with. This phone is 3 years old already, so the battery would’ve already been compromised anyway.
Having said that, you won’t notice much difference. So unless you want to be on the latest security patch, you won’t be missing much by staying on OneUI 5 .

Update: I updated nearly a month ago. Did a complete reset. Battery drained fast for the first couple of days. But became much better over time, even better than OneUI 5 I might say. New animations are good, but they do have some issues, although it happens very rarely. Coming updates would probably fix those as well. Overall nice update.

U. B, 16 Mar 2024Can anyone tell me what issues facing after Android 14 One ... moreSome stutters (very little) occassionally. Otherwise all good. Camera quality is similar, battery life is same, if not better. New font looks good, new animations feels good. I'd recommend updating.

B, 16 Mar 2024Can anyone tell me what issues facing after Android 14 One ... moreCamera seems has been lil poor somehow after comparing photo of 2021 & 2024 (after updated to latest update) on same location/scenary. The different camera quality is noticeable but not that bad, I don't think it was downgraded just lil drop of quality.
In term of performance, somehow my A52 booting lil fast, performance significantly better.
For battery, idk if latest update and ONE UI impact battery life or not since I rarely check the performance about that.
No other changes for 4G signal reception so it would be no drop of signal reception.
Overall, I would say the update is totally worth, unless if you concerning about camera performance.
