Lol.ivan, 16 Apr 2021Umm no some a52 have the snapdragon 732g with higher benchm... moreNo...it's just a databank issue on CPU-Z. Other apps show 720G, as I mentioned a thousand times. Both use the same cores, 732G is downclocked by 100mHz, which doesn't make a difference anyways. It comes down to cooling and sustaining clockspeed.

A52 4G vs A52 5G.
Anyway. SD720G and SD732G has the same CPU frequency. So, it could be SD720G too.
Actually it's only the GPU frequency difference. So, apps may get confused like you said earlier.

Using compact phone A8 2018 for 3 years, A52 is so big. Got it yesterday. Glad i didn't choose A72. Overall A52 is really a good phone, decent camera. Maybe in the future samsung can make a good compact midrange phone.

I used both A52 and A72 but I must say that A72 is the king in all aspects.
Don't save some amount to purchase A52 instead of A72.
Go for Galaxy A72 you should not regret.
Choice is yours.

Synthetic benchmarks don't tell much about differences anyway. This is a 720G with good cooling, as far as I can tell.

Sharjeel78, 13 Apr 2021100% agreed....ear piece sound appears jerk jerk..This is a software based sound problem , don't worry it will be fixed in the next software update. The jerk sound is coming while using the headphone also, so it is a software problem and can be fixed.

But the review unit has very close geekbench score to SD750G.
That's why it's more confusing.

I was going to buy a redmi note 10 pro then I gave up because of the problems, I have a question in my mind about performance and gaming, will there be a difference between SD 720g and Sd 732g?

P C M, 15 Apr 2021GSMARENA, Some reviewers mentioned their A52 unit has SD 7... moreI commented 3 times that this is normal because CPU-Z does not have the 720G in their databank, and it's probably a downclocked 732G. There are other apps that read a 720G, this is not a problem...

Akira Kurou, 15 Apr 2021Here's my review for this one:
Just bought this pho... moreI think they advertise the "2 day battery life" for 60Hz mode but don't disclose it. I get 2-3 days with 7h at 50% battery average. If I watch YouTube alot, it would consume more though. I personally don't feel a difference between 60 and 90Hz, maybe I was spoiled by 144Hz monitors.
By the way, I have constant bluetooth device searching off but I think 90Hz is the real battery consumer, depending on the apps utilizing it.

Here's my review for this one:
Just bought this phone at around 2 weeks ago to replace my broken LG V50 and a storage full XZ1 Compact. I can say this is a quite decent phone.
The body construction is okay, I got the black colour that does attract smudges on the back (preferably get other colour options if you don't want any smudge). There is a bit flimsy on the camera bump at the macro camera but that's just about it. I actually prefer the matte finish rather than glasstic though. I did dropped it once without any case onto tiled floor, and thankfully no damage or scratch.
Performance is decent. There was a slight stutter on the UI when scrolling on the 90hz. But for my day to day use it does the job well. I can't compare to my previous phones though (both run SD 855 and 835) since they are flagship level. For playing games, I did try out casual games worked well. For heavy games like Genshin Impact, it might lag a little bit.
Camera is nice. The primary cam capture nice photos and videos esp photos at 64mp res. The ultrawide is just decent at best. For portrait photos is sometimes a hit or miss on the background separation especially on tricky background. There is a noticeable shutter lag when you are trying to take multiple pictures. The last software update did screw up the night mode on ultrawide (hopefully they will fix that). As for the videos they really look nice. The stabilization on 4k recording may need some tweak as it still have jittery despite having OIS. You can switch to super steady recording given that the lighting is good and you are fine with 1080p recording. It works well. One thing I did miss from my previous phone is the 24 bit audio recording. the sound recorded from the video just sounded ok.
The loudspeaker is loud enough. There are a lot of others out there that sounded better though. The vibration motor is noticeable when you receive notification but not the best one either.
As for the battery it is great though I never quite reach the 2 days as advertised. The best I did get is around 1 1/2 day with nearly 7+ hours on screen on time. On average I get around 1 to 1 1/4 days watching youtube, texting, calling, browsing etc. The worst is around 17 hours with with around 5+ hours of screen on time which I played some games.
I hated TouchWiz on a samsung that I used a long time ago but this time around I kinda like OneUi. There are still bloatware though but the design user interface is definitely a lot better than before.
To me this phone is decent all rounder with quite a few compromise (probably the plastic build and the performance). It has all the basic stuff that I need like that 3.5 jack, micro sd slot, IP rating, stereo speakers, etc
