The phone is alright but im disappointed. Jack of all trades master of none.
TL:DR
This does most the job just fine but it could have been lot better. Considering rivals its kinda meh type of phone.
1) The display is alright but the 90hz is a gimmick, i honestly couldn't tell a difference between the 60 or 90hz. 3.5/5
2) Battery life is alright depends on usage. 4/5
3) The built quality is decent, glass back would have been much better considering the price. 4/5
4) The processor is probably the biggest let down. Samsung has the worst cpu throttling. I play codm casually and the game lags and stutters even at the lowest setting. 3/5
5) The camera is alright. 4/5
Final Verdict: But it if you only use your phone to call, watch youtube, take photos of your dog.
Buy a 1+ Nord Instead if you dont mind a slightly crappier camera.

I have the 8GB/256GB RAM variant and been using this phone for a week now. I didn't do many things yet since I'm not really tech type of person. So, my honest review:
Pros:
- Big display. I watch Youtube videos at 1080p resolution max and it's pretty satisfying
- Dolby Atmos - great for listening to music
- Fingerprint sensor - fast enough and wow I started loving this feature ever since I got this phone
- Big storage space so I feel "secured" knowing I won't run out of space anytime soon
- Smooth user experience in general, doesn't include gaming since I don't game, but I did try playing a few games to see whether the phone can handle it
Cons:
- I have a midsized hands so this phone is a bit too big for me. My hands hurt sometimes when I put it down after using it for hours
- Low mic volume. Friend said my voice sounds clearer when I turn on loud speaker and speak directly to the mic
- Because of AMOLED screen, it's too bright for me when I look at the phone when I just woke up (the only reason I hate AMOLED)
- UI or whatever is going on in the background takes up too much RAM. I did turn off location, sync, Bluetooth, WIFI and even disabled and uninstalled apps I don't need or use. Even when I've closed all apps, 3GB out 8GB is being used.
Problems I've encountered:
- Lags. I'm not sure if it's because of the latest update or it's a few apps that are lagging for whatever reason. But yeah for a phone with an 8GB RAM, I expected better, at least for the first year of usage
- Temple Run 2: It lagged from the first time I started playing. I did close the app and even force closed it, but it still lagged. It's only after I downloaded an ad blocking app I could play the game
- Some photos that are taken and then viewed very quickly are a little blurry. I expected better for a phone with an OIS. This is coming from an ex Pixel phone user
- Sound. When I put it on the loudest volume, the sound is kinda like "exploding" (for lack of a better word). But I appreciate that even in low volume, sound is still loud enough
Though my review seems more negative than positive, I actually do like the phone. If you're a student/educator who want this phone, I encourage you to buy it from Samsung Education Store. It's how I got it at 25% less than the OG price, so it doesn't feel like a waste if you're not satisfied with some things about the phone

Please, I Need Specific Answer Friends. I Want to Get This Phone But I Need to Make Sure If It Has "FM Radio Recording" Feature In It. I Am Sure That the A32 Has It From GSMArena Specs Sheet But GSMArena Didn't Mention Anything About the Feature In the A52, They're Saying "Unspecified". Anyone Here Knows If It Has This Feature, If Not I Will Not Buy It And I Will Go For the A32. It's Important to to Has This Feature In My Phone.

I have this phone for just over a month. Overall, it's a good buy. Reliable battery (average use of 15 to 24hrs) & no lagging.
One thing that I don't like, since getting the software update, is the video playback in Gallery. If I could get the "old Gallery" back, I'd take it.
Other than that, I recommend this phone 👍

Overall a well balanced phone.
I'm impressed and I definitely recommend this phone if you have a tight budget. I got this for only 274 USD.

Hey there, 10 days being using A52 6gb. Got it on promo 275 euros.Menus, software, browsing, everything is totally fine. No lag, very fast soc. I don't understand ppl thinking it's slow. Battery last very long, except if you are making lots of pictures and hours long videos in 4k. i have been using 4g, camera, 4k, location on and youtube and last around 7 hours at least. You can turn on battery saving for more Haven't tested games yet. Camera quality pics isn't the best specially when you zoom. But just received update with camera improvements from 1st May. Video OIS works on 1080p30 only and it's amazing, no shake but not much details. But videos eat a lot of free space very bad. Dropped the phone once and rain drops with a bit of sand with wind. Phone is still brand new no tracks of use.no wear. Great stuff Samsung!
