I love the performance. The battery though should have bigger capacity to keep up with its big memory and CPU usage. What I don't like is that it made use of the same tray for the sim and memory card. I use two sim cards and I was having trouble whether what sim card to use as I also want to retrieve some of my files from the SD card which I cannot imsert at the same time. Overall performance is okay. Camera is a beast as well.

Was a Huawei user. Was thinking of switching to this. Was it worth. I have never use any Samsung phone before n was planning to switch due to Google issues with Huawei.

Poor phone call quality. Volume of phone calls is soft even at maximum volume. I did a factory reset and still I find it soft. Anyone else having the same problem? Any way to solve this problem? My previous Samsung J3 pro was not like this. What happened to Samsung quality?

No temperature problems, no performance issues at all. Screen quality perfect. Battery quite ok. But the phone is a bit large for me. I wish they did also a bit smaller model with the same specs. It could be fatter, but smaller.

lags? It's not the fastest phone in the category, loading apps can have lag but once loaded all good. not a gamer's phone!

No one talking about the temperature of it. How hot is it after a few hours game or browsing?
No one talking about the display scratches. It is easy to scratch that phone?

Please guide me i want to purchase A72 being impressed by its excellent features, but on the other hand, A-52 5G is almost equipped with the same features with the 5G technology lead, but i also read A52 5G battery life is worse and not stand long. Pls also advise current A72 will not be upgradeable to 5G technology and could not be compatible in functioning with 5G network when the 5G rollout will take effect & fully operate in future in place of 4G. Thanks

As I was trying out the camera, the camera is very good on the hardware side. On the software side the camera app that came with Samsung is okay, and stuff on the Pro mode is nice. I ended up downloading "Camera" by Weather app to change resolution mode when I don't need high resolution picture mode shots.

This phone taught me a lesson, for years my eyes were tired with phones, tried this and was so bad like being hit between the eyes with a bat every day. For first time got lcd phone in replacement, what a difference, v happy.

Mine came this morning as a new work phone.
Works great. No problems with calling, volume, etc.
One thing have noticed though, although not a deal breaker, is that it's a bit sluggish.
I've got a Samsung Note 8 (Exynos) as my personal phone and the A52 is noticeably slower when side by side. Bearing in mind that the Note 8 is 4 years old. Even with transitions reduced to zero it's still a bit slow.
Like I say, not a deal breaker but worth knowing if your expecting flagship or even old flagship performance.
