I didn't care about the other illiterates here (who spam about updates). So I have bought 2nd A52s handset as refurbished from amazon India for INR 17700 with 6 months seller warranty + INR 700 for 6 more months third party warranty.
A52s 5G : The last model in the A series that has 3.5 mm audio jack.

This phone is the GOAT, I always been using it especially playing genshin smooth but not super smooth as flagships but mostly better than any midrange phone nowdays. The issue is just generate more heat and software update.

I Have Been using this phone for quite a while since 2021.
the good things are
it still feels fast and i play mobile legends and works perfectly alright and
battery life is pretty good
still getting security patches
the bad things are
bad build quality the back case popped out in like a month of use
there is an issue that when the device drops to 2g network the display starts flickering into rgb colours
the power button has gone bad over the usage time sometimes doesnt register when i press it takes it harder to make screenshots

The rumors are true, the back panel does detach after some time...
But! In the 3 1/2 years I had this phone it just barely, in 1 cm of lenght on its middle left side, started to detach on its own (only dropped it about 3 times since purchase, light drops from waist level)
Battery is... decent, obviously not like how it was when first purchased, but it can squeeze out some 7-8h of basic use, but drains like hell when on youtube or playing games.
Performance has, again obviously, dropped since purchase and cant really run some games whithout drops in performace from time to time. Also heats up a lot more when playing games or fast charging. (After the 2nd year mark I recommend not using fast charging and limiting battery to 80% to better preserve it)
Looking to upgarde to a S24/25U, not sure about the 25 since it's pretty much a rounder 24, and long term would still probably last some 4-5 years (I hope at least)
It be mad if a flagship couldn't outlast a midrange one

have been using this phone since Sept 2021 and have been mostly impressed with the performance overall. After 3+ years my storage is now 90% full and probably that is what is causing a slight dip in performance. The battery life has suddenly reduced as well and is draining pretty quickly, it doesn't pull on even for a day now with regular usage. I think they provided one major update after launching and thats why we're not getting the OneUI 7.0 update I believe. However if they promised 4 years of updates then ideally we should get updates till Sept 2025 (Since it was lauched in Sept 2021)
