I meant not sure if charging process itself stops when 100% reached so the battery's health is safe if I leave the phone charging few hours (like accidentally fall asleep). It looks OK, but I'm not sure about this.

You can manage auto brightness easier without accidentally setting it to full brightness, you don't have material you so that means you have proper dark mode and more screen real estate, widgets can be made completely black for some samsung apps but you need to roll back to the One UI 3.1 versions of those apps which means disabling auto updates as well, you don't have that bouncy scroll, more system icons are shaded or a solid color (instead of outlined which makes it harder for me to read), you can pull the notification panel down to peek at your top notifications slightly instead of pulling all the way down for it to fade in on One UI 4.1, icons in quick select on the app switcher are bigger, you have better looking menus and fonts all around the system. Also, in OneUI 4.1 for me, more menus look like android ASOP instead of OneUI like the permissions menu. You will be on an older security patch but Google Play system update still gets updates (although not all security issues are fixed with Google Play system update, only some of them).

This phone handles current software without any problem as well, and no there's no particular reason to consider reverting back to older OneUI 3.1. Keep the current OneUI 4.

I got this phone 1 week ago. it was on ONE UI 4.1 but i saw that this phone ce with ONE UI 3.1 so can i downgrade it.. or have any of you have find diffrence from 3.1 to 4.1 is wort to downgrqde or not. Tnx for answers.

About flicker. Words like 'many problems, 'many forums 'etc. never look trustworthy to me. So concretely- I've seen ONE specific color in ONE app and secondly locked screen flickering on the phone. Which is almost nothing and definitely not an issue of the phone.
