Anonymous, 20 Jun 2022I switched phones with my brother for 2 weeks. I have the A... moreOkay lets break them down. Although i havent tried the cameras THAT much (and also no gcam). Also the gripiness is totally subjective so that's all depending on the users hand and general feel.
1) The charging is actually very good. Not much strain on the battery and very good to the sweet spot of 33W (25 is very good for my standards and i had a x3 pro XD) and the battery keeps very good times (It need 1 charging per day when i really strain the device) and i havent noticed any drop in battery after the latest update
2) The fingerprint isnt bad at all. I actually expected it to go sour with a tempered glass but its very responsive (Not power button levels responsive but thats expected. Plus there is face recognition as a backup and smart lock.

samsung cameras are good , why you dont try gcam on it ...... about sensor cant tell the difference but with samsung phones A52 for me was an improvement from A71 in this respect i have never ever had an issue opening the device like i had with A71 .....water and dust protection at this price with a garantee of 3 major OS updates i have to be crazy to switch to another brand

I switched phones with my brother for 2 weeks. I have the A52S and he's got a Realme GT Master and here's the things that's better with the Realme.
First off, charging. It takes only about 30 minutes for the GT Master to fully charge, but it takes mine the same amount of time to charge from 78% to 100%. The battery life is better on the GT Master because the latest update made the battery of the A52S bad. On top of a really slow charging, the battery life isn't even good so it's quite disappointing. The vast difference between the charging speeds makes me wanna sell this asap.
Second, the camera. When using the native camera app of the GT Master, the pics are worse than the A52S so he installed a GCam mod for it and the GT Master just takes a hella better pics than the A52S.
Third, the fingerprint scanner. The Realme is so damn fast and accurate and here I am, suffering from the bad and unreliable FPS on the A52S'.
Lastly, the Realme seems to be more comfortable to hold at the hand.

Does this phone have a dual standby antennas for 4G or 3G? I'm considering upgrading to this from my A7(2016) which doesn't have a dual antenna for 4G/3G. If I switch one sim card to 4G/3G, the other sim card remains locked to 2G. As you already know, voice quality of calls on 2G is so poor.

Innocent, 18 Jun 2022Someone tell me about battery life8:30 to 9 hours SoT (although i wouldn't call me a heavy user, mostly social/yt and some very light gaming). My previous phone was an Poco X3 pro and the batteries are surprisingly comparable.

Robot, 18 Jun 2022Did anyone notice what the June 1st security patch brought?... morethe june update is a rather good update for me..the fingerprint is now much faster and stable..also battery is performing great..overall ui smoothness has also improved..no heating or such issues..but one downgrade i think i noticed is that the camera performance has gone a little down..it was improved with the may update..but the june update took a hit on the camera i think..rest everything seems good if not great..

A... moreTry installing the update through Samsung Smart Switch app. Install Smart Switch app both in your PC and phone then connect the phone to your PC and try updating the phone software from within the Smart Switch app.

Hello guys, I don't know what is wrong with my A52s. After downloading the new update (android 12, one up 4) Instead to install, it says failed and asked to download again. I redownload again. The same thing occurred. Pls what could be the problem.

The upload is limited by my ISP while download might and no other phone got past 200 so that might be due to router/modem.

It feels nice to hold and doesn't feel slippery. The camera is pretty great too and the fingerprint sensor is very accurate. The charging speed is faster than I thought as well, I charge it from 17% to 100% in just an hour. I think I have made a good choice picking up this phone.
