Samsung Galaxy A53 5G - User opinions and reviews

I main this phone for round about 2 years now and i like it obvisly the processor isnt insane just average and the photos are mid-decent but the Display and battery is the best Part even after 2 years of active daily use i get around
12-13,5 hours of active use.If you want a decent phone with good battery and dont care about processing that much aka dont play high end games this Thing is great.One final Thing the a53 has amazing protection it dropped so offen from around 2-3meters and no damge at all.

A54 forward and better and a35 which i have is my recommendation to anyone on a budget. You get wifi 6, ufs 3.1, upgraded cameras, display nits, better sound quality and most importantly faster cpu and upto android 18 vs 16 on a53

Even after changing motherboard phone stopped working in service centre only, now they are going to replace for the second time.
Service centre guy told he have 3 more a53 wirh same issue. What's the point of providing 4-7 years of software support when phone itself not going to withstand 2 years of usage. Samsung should definitely look into their manufacturing line up and R&D, green line issues, motherboard issues.

I've had the the A53 for almost two years now and the phone just died without any reason.

I took it to a Samsung accredited repair shop and the main board had to be replaced at about two thirds of the price of the phone.

According to the repair shop this is a known problem on the A53 and the expected life of the main board is on average about two years

Definately my last Samsung.

Actually, the a25 is the a53 reborn so I chose the a25 as my backup phone after I got the a54. My a52 back fell off so it was recycled lol...

I have used mine for 18 months. It was all good until last week when it just started lagging and rebooting. Now it won't start, just keeps restarting. Hopefully, I get a fix as it is in warranty.

Had it for more than a year. Easy to get overheated and had its reboot issue (CPU problem). After it getting fixed, Its power IC, another overheat problem! This phone is a waste of money. Never again to samsung!
