It's a very good device, battery life on this is much better than on my friend's S21 FE (exynos) also it handles android 13 really well, I didn't even care to do a factory reset (which i normally do after major updates) as everything runs so smooth on it. I'm really happy that I didn't go for the overpriced flagships as the A53 has everything I need in a smartphone.

Also, if ... moreWell an early December Samsung A53 software update fixed the problems I was having with this smartphone like the low touch sensitivity of the screen no matter the display settings used. The battery does drain a little faster than I would like though. 2-D screen performance is buttery smooth now as well. Much better Samsung, I thought that I had a lemon of a phone there for a while! I have the Metro by T-Mobile version of the device and we're still stuck on Android 12 though. I'm sure the next system update will include the upgrade to 13 I hope😅

Also, if you can't deal with comments complaining about a removal of a feature that was on prior phones in order to boost their earbud sales and appease the bean counters at Samsung, then I suggest you don't read the comments on these forums and instead, partake in talking to a brick wall.
