Phone with 256gb, 8gb ram and 1tb sd, works great, I have the animation speed set to 0.5 and it works faster. For this money it is great and it is not big.

    Worked fine for about 1.75 years, but now just randomly restarts. Kind of bricked itself i think, either way it wont work. Battery lasted about a day while it worked, but was prone to freezing for short periods of time. Its outdated at this point so i doubt this will benefit anyone. Nice that it includes an SD slot, but i'd reccomend trying to find better.

They run a software and said everything is fine. But still network issues there... using only with wifi. Waste of money

        one ui 8 makes A54 feel very fast

          When it came out at first it came with android 13 and oneui 5.1! The software animations were little bit laggy, heating issues on lite use, battery drain quickly... Now phone is updated to latest android 16 with one ui 8 on top and meny issues was solved! No lagg, no heat, battery vas much better.... At first i was disipointed, now i feel i m rocking like completly brand new phone! Tumb up for Samsung! 👍

              I used it for 2 year. I have problem with mobile network. It only work when I connect wifi. When I turn off wifi it show no service.

                Android 16 is here

                  Pretty nice phone especially the display. Best A series midrange Samsung phone I've ever used but it's still lacking in performance even compared to the S20 series from a few years ago. However, it will be supported for longer thanks to it being 3 years newer. It's also nice that it's water resistant has an SD card slot and the camera is actually pretty decent (again best on a midrange I've used to date)

                  I personally wouldn't buy this phone for the $499 price tag in my country and i would just get an older flagship like an S23+ for around the same price second hand, but i paid less than half that after i pay off my contract and i think it is well worth it at that price.

                  My biggest compliment as far as the actual hardware goes is how hot the device gets even under moderate loads. The Exynos 1380 just runs really hot so it's good to see a decently sized vapor chamber in it. It's unfortunate for Samsung that even the newer Exynos processors still have these overheating and thermal throttle issues. It would also have been nice to see a dedicated telephoto lens instead of the useless macro lenses they always put in these midrange phones. Like i understand that cost is a limiting factor on the lower end models but come on Samsung. Even the newest A56 doesn't have this nor does it have wireless charging.

                    As a flagship user, this is the best "budget/midrange" phone I've used to date. Screen camera battery it's all great. The dual stereo speakers surprised me too. Performance is also rather good (similar to the performance of a Galaxy S10) but the exynos processor can definitely run hot and thermal throttle when you start to push it. But i think it's a great midrange phone over all. I got it for a great price with my cellular plan and while i don't use it as my main device i think it was well worth the price.

                                  My A54 samsung have wonderful camera and very powerful battery 🔋 am.now using almost 2 years and still it's the same smart and clean there is nothing else phone that i can compare with A54

                                      Bought a refurbished A54 last year and still running smooth. Besides the camera (bit washed out images) its a good phone.
