According to you, which one is better A54 or A52s? Thanks.

Anonymous, 12 May 2023There is no e-sim option in the Samsung A54, false specs... Not false, some regions just don't have eSim in their releases.

and the list of defeat goes on and on. You should better compare your Exynos 2200 with a mid-range SD 7 Gen 2 instead, it is a lesser brutal defeat and you can bargain for a Tie! 😅

Im Geekbench 6 as I've searched and posted before Exynos gets 1600 single and 4000 multicore.

Your second test were the GPUs are compared is invalid for the Exynos 2200 since that benchmark can't push the Exynos 2200 RnDa GPU capabilities, since only test with Open GL and not native vulkan API.

Qualcomm fails in give stable performance in frames.
Note also that was compared to a gaming smartphone that has better cooling system hence why maintained at the and some better stress at the end, but is clearly showed that trails behind Exynos.

                            😂
Your other comparation is the same as the first page, you can't even show a proper page for comparation, same outdated bechmarks, have you seen my other comment?, the Exynos is similar in CPU but in GPU smiles ahead. Do i need to post more reliable pages claiming that the Exynos 2200 beated the Qualcomm 8 gem 2 in GPU?
The Qualcomm 7 gen 2 trails behind the Exynos 2200 specially in GPU, even the Qualcomm 8 gen 2 trails on front of Exynos in GPU RTX performance.
In antutu Exynos can score more than 950K still higher than your 7 gen 2+, has better ISP capabilities as well.

Spurs Popovich Fan, 10 May 2023get a Samsung A52, J7 2018, or a S10eWhy are you suggesting absolutely ancient stuff over this. At least with the A52s I understand because it’s actually still a really good phone but really the J7 2018? S10e? I sort of disagree with the buy an old flagship approach but at least get where they’re coming from, this is just you suggesting old midrangers over current mid rangers and flagships.

I’m looking at replacing my Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro I got in 2019 and I’m annoyed about probably ending up losing the headphone jack unless I go with something like the a52s or Zenfone 9 but replacing it a device even older than my current one would be so weird and it would seem strange to the person you’re responding to. Really J7 2018? Do you have no cares about app support or battery life or updates or security patches

Not focusing on the same 20 opinions that are given by the same prats on the site, but something that's made me think strongly about the phone and the A34 is that, realistically, I have to ask: who is this phone really for in the end?

The A34 can hold its own in synthetic benchmarks whilst being more single core performant and, outside of missing HDR and Wifi-6 and eSIM support, is effectively the same phone for much less to begin with - unless you're set on these features I would just push people to the A34 and have that instead

Even then I struggle to understand Samsung's strategy at the midrange - it feels like a strange sabotage in which users are given less powerful chipsets relative to the competition (though this is not to say they aren't able to hold their own!) for stronger software support which, in my mind, represents Samsung's failure to properly understand the midrange - people will keep these phones for much longer, but still want to feel as though the phones are keeping up

Using a slower variant of UFS 2.2 compared with the A34, and adding in an Exynos chip that has known CPU throttling issues in lieu of that, doesn't make a lick of sense to me - and whilst these problems may not seem apparent to the end user now, come back in around 1-2 years and see how the phones held up and if my expectations have been bested

Adding onto this, I want to also propose that maybe we are seeing a potential convergence of both the A3x and A5x lines as they are effectively the same phones (4th gen) outside of hyperspecific niche features - if Samsung is able to cram in a performant Exynos chip without CPU throttling (or just use a strong Snapdragon 7 or Mediatek Dimensity 7 or 8 series CPU which will definitely turn heads, especially if it's optimised right!), add in UFS 3.1 storage with microSD expansion (I know this can be done since I am using an A90 5G with no plans to switch as of yet), add in a headphone jack and other fan faves, and that thing will sell as a jack of all trades phone
