A series focuses on usability of phone or on my belief it focus on camera, but I can also say that it focuses on it usability limit, which it has customization, how can you expect a 400 dollar phone to have snapdragon 8 gen 3? A series is a midrange phone focus on usability. It's probably best aside from f54 and m54, if you focus on gaming, then buy a flagship phone

I have a Poco M5 and I have been spoiled by its outstanding battery life, so the A54 felt underwhelming in this regard. It's not that bad but feels below average. It seems like this Exynos could use some optimization.

Other than that, its a better phone if you dont mind losing microsd slot.
Try to get the one withthe snapdragon SoC.
I was also debating about getting the S21 FE, S20+ or A54.
I decided for the A54 because at least I know battery is going to be decent and I wont have to deal with poorlt refurbished phones which are out of warranty.
I had a nubia Z50 and while I miss its better camera and better design, Im happy with the A54, met my expectations.
