yes, it's worth it, first because performance won't be a considerable difference, second, the normal iPhone 11 in used condition has degraded battery resulting in worse autonomy and LCD panel that isn't acceptable in 2023 standards, the 54 will get more software support.
If you really want an iPhone 11 series, better go for the pro models, that are still worth to buy, these models are better value for money.

Does anyone see a green LED light on the top right corner of the screen during a phone call? It's way more brighter than the rest of the display, as if there was an LED underneath?
